The Layout
You enter through the front door into a welcoming hallway. To your right is the games room, perfect for fun evenings and friendly competition. Continuing through the house, you’ll find the living room, a cosy and inviting space centred around a log fire, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the countryside. Beyond this sits the dining room, perfect for long dinners and celebrations, which connects directly to the kitchen and pantry, making catering and group cooking easy and social.
On the first floor, the house offers generous sleeping arrangements. The first master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the second master bedroom has its own private bathroom just outside the room. In the other wing of the house are bedrooms three and four, which share a bathroom.
The second floor is home to bedrooms five and six, which also share a bathroom, offering a quiet and comfortable space for additional guests.
Outside, the property is set within stunning grounds and offers exceptional amenities, including a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis court.

A pleasure to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. A wonderful base with Barmouth, Harlech and Aberdyfi on your doorstep. Magnificent views and private gardens and the bonus of a swimming pool, tennis court and hot tub. Inside, the house has everything you need, 7 bedrooms, kitchen, utility room, dining area, sitting room and lots of space. Amenities in the kitchen worked well, and included a dishwasher and ice cube maker! A perfect country retreat to relax with family and/or friends. Are dogs allowed?
Yes, but please clean up after their toilet breaks on the grounds and don’t let them onto any of the furniture.
Do you charge any fees upfront?
Yes, if your arrival date is more than 2 months away, you would pay 50% of the total rental to confirm, the balance 2 months before. Within 2 months full payment is required to book.
Can I get a daily cleaner?
Absolutely. Just request that when booking.
